Hi Kelly,
Our company has now all gone home and we are left with many many happy memories. Thank YOU so much fo rall you did. The rehearsal dinner was simply delicious. Folks are still talking about "those potatoes!" The cake was perfect it was just what Kerri and Jonathan wanted. It not only looked good it was delicious. Thanks for loaning us the stand - everything was just perfect!!

Hi Kelly!
We had a fabulous day on Saturday. We ended up bringing the reception inside because we had a small group. It worked so much better and I didn't freeze. The cake was absolutely wonderful. Everyone loved it! We loved it! We can't wait to taste it again on our one year anniversary. It also looked amazing. We were so happy with it. Thank you so very much!

Everything was amazing. The cake was so beautiful that when we went to do the cutting friends were shouting "not the cake, it's to beautiful to eat!" But then they tried it and it was evrything we could have hoped for.

Thank you so much, your cake was amazing. It was exactly how I pictured it, and was so soft and moist, full of flavor- I just cannot say better things about the cake. I had so many compliments, you definitely have a gift making wedding cakes.

Kelly, we LOVED the cake. My granddaughter who has issues with gluten (when I told her the top layer was gluten free) told me I can eat my way through the whole top of the cake? She hasn't had cake for so long. There were several in the group that had gluten issues and really appreciated the wonderful lemon cake. Thank you so much. I'll send pictures. My husband said to say your attention to detail was terrific. Loved the killer whale! My son (the groom) bit it's head off. What can I say.. he's a Navy guy. The cake was soooo good. We had tons of great comments. Thank you again so much.

First, the cake you created was a big hit. Everyone was very impressed by not only the appearance but the taste as well. Some people said it was the most beautiful cake they had ever seen.
Second I also know (actually my wife more than me) a couple of people who need wedding cakes in the near future and after we raved about your cake they would like you as their Kaketress, so leave me a couple of your cards if you are not there.

The wedding was bright and beautiful, and the cake was a total sell out.
I'd never eaten fondant before, but was told by several that most fondant was waxy and tasteless. Your fondant was sweet and easily melted in the mouth. EVERYONE loved the tort-like cake, and the lemon pudding was a complete smash.

Delicious, scrumptious, delectable, amazing, mouth-watering, these are just some of the words we heard over and over as guests gobbled up our wedding cake in mere seconds. When our original cake designer backed out on us a mere couple weeks before the wedding, we panicked! We were leaving for our destination wedding, so time was of the essence. With no planned cake budget, as a friend was going to do it as a gift, time was not the only thing we were short on.
Amazingly, Kelly of Tortes and Tarts came to our rescue! Not only did she provide exceptional professional service, phenomenal prices, especially compared to her competitors, but the taste and quality of the cake was unmatched to anything we had ever tasted. We looked into widely popular cake studios, which offered high-end promises (and prices) but low-end products and we even considered multiple birthday cakes from the local grocery stores but for the price and quality of the products, Kelly surpassed them all!
We opted for the three-layer Tiramisu cake and could not have been happier. We were looking for a very simple design and we were open to any suggestions. We provided Kelly with a copy of our wedding invitation, as we were hoping to recreate in the cake, and she matched it exactly!!! It was everything we could have ever hoped for and more! Absolutely perfect, we simply couldn’t have asked for anything better! Coupled with the fact that she drove to our house (the site of the reception) provided the cake stand, and set it up for us, you simply will not find this level of tastiness and service anywhere else.
With a raging flu sweeping over the area, many of the guests who RSVP’d were unable to attend. We thought with the lower numbers we would be eating cake for days, especially since each layer was several inches thick. These are not skimpy cakes! Despite the smaller crowd, we barely saved the top of our cake for a special first anniversary memory as people kept coming back for more. With many of our friends also getting married, it was awesome to hear everyone complimenting how we had the best cake (and price) of them all! Clean up was a snap, as there was barely a crumb left on anyone’s plate. The only real disappointment came in the fact that the cake was so good we hoped we would have had leftovers to enjoy!
